  NOT SO excellent customer service! My experience with this company was less than perfect. We ordered 8 conference room chairs. When they were delivered to our office the delivery person refused to actually bring them into the office and was going to leave the chairs on the front lawn in the rain. He said it wasn’t BizChair’s policy to bring the items in and therefore he was not going to do it. While he impatiently waited, we contacted BizChair’s customer service in an attempt to understand what was going on and we were treated in an extremely unprofessional manner! Each of the representatives we spoke with was unwilling to help particularly “Tiffany” with her oh well, I guess you should have read “the fine print” of their “shipping policies” which talks about “dock to dock” but doesn’t explain what that is. As a small business and not a major trucking outfit we had no idea what “dock to dock” even meant. WE DO NOW! If you plan on purchasing items from this company you should expect to have the furniture or chairs left on the sidewalk regardless of weather! Additionally, when we finally took delivery of the chairs, out of the eight, only five had all the parts needed for assembly. Three were missing the package of nuts and bolts and two did not even have the actual center cylinder that holds the feet/wheels to the chair/seat itself… Nightmare off an experience, buyers beware!
