  Absolute worst haircut and haircut experience of my life. My mom and I stopped in a few days before Easter. It was not right before closing, nor was it completely packed - yet my stylist clearly did not want to be there. She was visibly annoyed that I requested my hair be washed prior and jerked my head around the entire time. Once she had me seated, I showed her pictures of what I wanted and described it (it was a long bob, people). She rudely lectured me on the hairstyle I selected and said she was doing layers...even though I said I didn’t want layers. She proceeded to fly through my haircut and ended up dropping/flinging not one - but three combs, two hair clips, and scissors because she was in such a rush. She said, “God I seriously need to go home” with my HAIR and SCISSORS in her hands. I almost stopped her and requested another stylist. I wish I had. My hair was so uneven, choppy and completely unlike the photo I’d shown her. I went to another salon and had my hair fixed a week later. I wish I knew her name solely so I could warn others to avoid this woman at all costs. My mom’s stylist was friendly, gentle and most importantly, competent in hair cutting. That is the only reason I’m not giving 1 star.

  I had checked in online, (myself +1), and when we got there this lady with red hair and glasses was huffing a puffing like she hated life. When she called my name I told her I wanted A haircut and then also added a shampoo. When I started to walk back and I asked about my sister, who was my plus one, she told me she didn't see her name WHEN IT WAS ON THE BIG SCREEN AS SOON AS WE WALKED IN. She had the most awful attitude and acted like there was nothing she could do about it. By that time I didn't want her anywhere near my head. I said we would find somewhere else. As we were walking out she rolled her eyes and said there was a full moon out tonight. I will never go back to this great clips again, absolutely awful customer service. If you hate people and can't handle business then maybe you should pick a different job
